YOUR FACILITATOR
Ronan is an expert facilitator with almost ten years of experience working in the most high pressure environments. He has delivered team and leadership development programs in corporate boardrooms, engaged by the likes of Google, Enterprise Ireland, Musgrave and Grant Thornton.
In elite sports, he has worked with Ireland's top players and coaches, including the Ireland Rugby team, Leinster Rugby team, and Dublin's 5-in-a-row All Ireland winning team.
The knowledge gleaned from such high-performance environments, coupled with his expertise in facilitation, offers groups something truly special - an experience fitting of the Lambay surroundings.

PACKAGES
Choose from a day-long experience on the island or a 1-3 night engagement, depending on the requirements and preferences for your team.
Your all-inclusive retreat package will include private boat transfers between mainland Ireland and Lambay (departing from Malahide, just north of Dublin airport). The boat journey takes 20-30 minutes depending on the boat and winds, with sprung seats and lifejackets provided.
Amenities include the Bothy Clubroom, a large meeting / workshop room with high-speed wi-fi, projector and screen, bluetooth speaker and whiteboards with flip-charts available.
Comfortable accommodation is provided in the White House, with ancillary rooms in O'Connells Cottage and the Bothy close by. If you wish to take the whole island privately, further accommodation can be availed of in the Castle itself.
Meals and refreshments are provided throughout your stay, either by our in-house chef and hospitality team or we can arrange high end catering from the mainland. We use fresh island fair and locally sourced produce where possible.
ISLAND HOSPITALITY
Millie Baring will be your resident host on Lambay, warmly welcoming you to her family's island home and taking care of your needs alongside her dedicated island hospitality team. All meals and refreshments will be planned in line with your preferences and agreed ahead of your arrival.
Millie has MSc level training in psychotherapy and counselling and has hosted private events and corporate retreats on Lambay for several leading companies in Ireland, as well as respected members of the British Royal Family and influential business figures from the USA, France and Hong Kong.
